Which platforms does Lumitela support?

Spoonflower and Etsy today, both reconciled into one ledger. Etsy orders are matched to the Spoonflower order that fulfilled them, so you see the real margin. More channels are on the roadmap.

Is my data private?

Yes. Only order emails from senders you approve are ever processed, and your data is never shared. See our privacy policy.

Do I need to install anything?

Two small things, both done in minutes. The Lumitela extension is a one-click Chrome Web Store install that imports your Design Library and statements and keeps them in sync on a schedule. A one-time email forwarding rule, with Gmail or any provider, brings new orders in as they happen. Not on Chrome? Everything the extension does has a file-upload equivalent.

Can I import my sales history?

Yes. The extension pulls your Spoonflower statements year by year and your Etsy statements month by month, and you can drop in exported order emails for the retail detail.
