Audit ledgers: your Spoonflower and Etsy source data

What the audit ledgers are

Everything Lumitela shows you on the dashboard, in Orders, or in Design Insights is built from source rows underneath. The audit ledgers are those source rows themselves, exactly as they were ingested, with nothing recomputed or reworded. Dates and times are included in that: they show in UTC just as the source reported them. If a total ever looks off, the audit ledgers are where you go to check it against the original data.

They're read-only by design. You can't edit a ledger row from here; corrections happen through the proper channel instead, like canceling an order or using Review & correct on an order that needs it.

Open Audit Ledgers in the sidebar to reach all four (the Cancellations list lives there too):

Spoonflower statement

Every line from every Spoonflower payment statement CSV you've imported: the transaction date and type, customer, quantity, product, design name and ID, the net amount, and the running statement balance. This is the money side of Spoonflower, the same figures Spoonflower itself reports. How to read your Spoonflower earnings statement explains every column.

Spoonflower email

Every parsed Spoonflower order-notification email: order date, customer, the address it was sent to, design name and ID, substrate, product, quantity, gross amount, where it came from (forwarded live or imported), and the message ID. This is the retail side, with detail a statement line doesn't carry.

Spoonflower fulfillment

Every Spoonflower receipt for physical goods printed and shipped on your account, whether that's a fulfillment for an Etsy order or something you bought for yourself. Each row shows order date, Spoonflower order number, ship-to name, design, quantity, total, and its match status. This is also where self orders live: a receipt that's genuinely yours, not tied to an Etsy sale, shows as excluded from matching, either automatically or by hand, so it never gets treated as an unmatched Etsy fulfillment.

Etsy statement

Every line from your Etsy payment-account CSV: transaction date and type, order number, title, amount, fees and taxes, net, and currency, each in the shop's own currency exactly as Etsy printed it. This is what Lumitela reconciles the fee engine's estimates against once a statement covers an order; see Fees, net sales and the Spoonflower bonus schedule for how that reconciliation works.

Looking for Etsy orders?

The Etsy order table lives under Etsy Fulfillments in the sidebar: every Etsy order as Etsy reports it, with its match status against a Spoonflower fulfillment. It's a working table rather than a ledger (clicking a row opens the matching workspace), so it sits alongside Sales Orders instead of down here.
